Flame Spray was founded in 1969 in Italy. Currently, in the European market, there are three locations in Italy, one location in Hungary and one in Croatia. In the US market, there is one location in Fountain Inn, SC where there are approximately 90 employees on both 1st and 2nd shift. Flame Spray North America started its activities in October 2011, in Fountain Inn. The facility offers a complete portfolio of coating services, including Plasma, HVOF, HVAF, Wire and Powder Combustion Spray, Cold Spray, and Diffusion (Aluminizing). It also has internal capabilities for Heat Treatments in either vacuum or controlled atmosphere. Flame Spray North America aims to serve power generation market. Although, this is a relatively small manufacturing site, Flame Spray offers competitive pay and benefits to all of its full-time employees.
