About Harper General Contractors

We are a full-service general contracting and construction management firm serving the Southeast since 1950. Our philosophy is simple: “do what you’re going to do the way you say you’re going to do it.” And for the last seven decades, our dedication to doing right by our clients has enabled us to build far more than the structures we create. We’ve built relationships. We’ve built trust. We’ve built a legacy. At Harper, we build up our clients, communities, and each other. We are engaged in much more than pouring concrete, laying pipe, or setting steel. We are building facilities that enhance the quality of life for communities by providing clean drinking water, creating wonderful learning environments and beautiful outdoor spaces, and so much more.
