About This Position
This internship offers STEM-focused students hands-on experience in Intellectual Property (IP) law. Interns will assist attorneys with research, patent filing, processing transfers, drafting invention disclosures, and patent proofreading. The work primarily involves patent prosecution—preparing, filing, and securing patents through the patent office, not litigation. Interns will gain insight into how technical expertise is applied protecting innovations through IP law.
