Quality Engineering Intern

Job Function: Quality Assurance

Job Summary: Dodge Industrial is seeking an Intern for our Quality Assurance

department for Summer '26, Fall ' 26 and Spring '27.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build a foundation of product knowledge through hands-on training in our

manufacturing facilities.

• Assist Quality Engineering with data collection activities.

• Assist Quality Engineering in tracking defects and related root cause corrective

action investigations.

• Assist with product development projects for all product groups.

• Collaborate with quality engineers on relevant and skill level appropriate

projects.

• Collaborate with quality engineers focusing on product verification and

validation.

Qualifications:

• Currently at least a rising high school junior who is interested in pursuing a

career in engineering.

• Must be currently authorized to work for Dodge Industrial in the US.

• Strong analytical skills with an emphasis on critical thinking, root cause analysis,

and problem solving.

• Collaborates well with others and is a good team player.

Entrepreneurial spirit with passion for new and changing ideas.

• Familiar with MS Office.

• Ability to adapt and multi-task based on departmental need
