About This Position

A VITA Intake Coordinator is a key role in the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) program, responsible for managing the initial client intake process, ensuring compliance with IRS and partner policies, and supporting the smooth operation of tax preparation sites.

Requirements

Take all necessary and/or required certification exams using the Link & Learn Certification website and pass with a score of 80% or higher. This includes the Volunteer Standards of Conduct exam the Intake/Interview & Quality Review exam and other certifications as needed

Schedule Details

Monday-Thursday 8:30 am-5:00 pm; Friday 8:30 am-12 pm
